By accessing or using any service offered by One Axbridge, Inc.doing business as One Axbridge (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our platform.

Our services are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract in their jurisdiction, and not prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law.

One Axbridge provides a pre-launch coordination and referral platform for global Indian and NRI families, including private client intake, lifestyle concierge coordination, partner introductions, reporting support, and general education around cross-border administration. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, money transmission, banking services, or a guarantee of financial returns.

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Notify us immediately at security@oneaxbridge.com of any unauthorised use or security breach.

As a coordination platform operating adjacent to regulated services, we or our authorised partners may be required to verify user identities in accordance with applicable KYC and AML standards in the United States, India, and other relevant jurisdictions.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our platform or related systems.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration or verification.
• Engage in market manipulation, money laundering, or any fraudulent financial activity.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our platform without written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of our platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by or licensed to One Axbridge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Axbridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Axbridge and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved within 30 days, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
